Last night, Kareena’s parents Randhir Kapoor and Babita, as well as Karisma Kapoor were spotted by the paparazzi as they arrived at Kareena’s residence for an intimate birthday bash. Pictures shared by Kareena show Saif Ali Khan, Kareena, Karisma and all others enjoying a great time. Since midnight, lovely wishes have been pouring in from her friends and family. Samaira Kapur took to her Instagram stories and shared a lovely picture of Kareena Kapoor Khan from her birthday celebration. In the picture, Kareena can be seen posing next to a two-tiered cake, with ‘Fabulous at 40’ written over it. It was the nickname that Samaira used for Kareena that grabbed our attention. She wrote, “Happy birthday beboma!!” Bebo is Kareena’s popularly used nickname, and Samaira added her own twist to it, calling her masi ‘beboma’.
